With changing trends in the way people eat, we hope to offer customers different options in the way they prefer to enjoy their meal, we are also allergy aware please feel free to discuss any dietary requirements with us.

Slow Roasted Saddle of Rabbit cooked in a white wine, smoked bacon, garlic and mustard sauce and served with toasted almond rice £16.50

Slow Roasted Breast of Guinea Fowl served with a creamy forest mushroom and dolcelatte sauce and sauteed potatoes £14.95


MAIN COURSES

We try to use seasonal produce and many of our main course dishes change in accordance with the time of year.

Grilled Fillet of Swordfish served on a bed of sun blushed tomato, vegetable and mascarpone risotto £16.95

Roasted Rump of Scottish Lamb served with a rosemary, thyme and red pepper mash and a red wine and redcurrant jus £17.95

Slow Roasted Ham Hock cooked in a cider and apple sauce and served with a Stornoway black pudding and grain mustard potato cake  £14.25

FROM THE CHAR GRILL

Our steaks are supplied by Donald Russell of Inverurie and are dry hung for 28 days. Steaks are all served with steak fries, grilled tomato and your choice of sauce.

VEGETARIAN DISHES

Char-grilled Mediterranean Red Pepper filled with an oyster mushroom and champagne risotto and topped with toasted parmesan  £15.75
